In order to supply buyers better and more professional service, in the morning of 17th July 2019, Youfa International all staffs learned international standards for cold formed square and rectangular steel pipe.
At beginning, general manager Li Shuhuan briefly introduced Youfa starting in 2000 from a small factory and now reaching production capacity 16 million tons and exportation volumn 25 thousand tons.
And then as lecturer this time gerneral manager Ma from Hong Kong company gave a lesson on cold formed square and rectangular steel pipe.
At present, cold formed structural square and rectangular steel pipe standards are GB/T 6728-2017, JIS G3466-2015, ASTM A500/A500M-2018 and EN10219-1&2-2006.
En10219-2 said diameter tolerance is -/+0.6%, thickness tolerance is not more than -/+10%, squareness of sides is 90⁰± 1⁰, and radius of corners is not exceed three times the specified wall thickness. In standard EN10219, it also stipulates twist and straightness.
