In an interview with CCTV, Li Shouhui, chairman of Qingdao West Coast Utility Group, Shandong Province, said that after it was put into operation, 750,000 tons of standard coal could be saved, and at the same time, about 2.2 million tons of carbon dioxide and 6,000 tons of sulfur dioxide could be reduced. The completion and use of this project can effectively improve energy utilization efficiency, reduce pollution emissions, set a new example of clean energy utilization, and promote the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the new district.
